Refund policy

 

 Refunds
SEKYNA currently does not offer refunds, refunds are only offered if an item has been sent faulty/damaged. If this is the case please contact us on info@sekyna.com, you have 14 days to report any damaged item.

 

Sale items

Unfortunately all sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

 

Exchanges and store credit are permitted, if you are uncertain with your purchase, you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to do so and 14 days to report anything faulty. All items must be in original condition. Including all paperwork filled out on invoice, packaging, and tags still attached All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed, as well as have no foul odour.

Failure to comply with our terms and conditions results in no exchange taking place and also no store credit. Furthermore, you would have to pay separately for postage. Anything lost on behalf of your shipping provider is not our responsibility and proof of receipt is necessary to perform any investigation, should we decide to look into this. 

For exchanges please email info@sekyna.com with the subject "Exchange", please provide us with as much information in the email as possible to make the exchange process faster. E.g, order number, name, details of exchange and what you would like to exchange your item with. 

Store credit
If you would prefer a store credit, it would have to be the same amount that was spent excluding shipping costs.
 

Shipping exchange
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

To request an exchange please email info@sekyna.com and provide:

  • Your order number. 
  • The name of the item.
  • The size of the item.
  • The item you would like it to be exchanged for (please note you can only exchange for items of the same value of above).

Once we receive this, a returns address will then be provided.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
