Shipping policy

We offer a range of shipping services, please refer to them down below.

We pack and dispatch all orders very quickly!

Dispatch time is within 48 hours after you place your order.

 All orders placed Friday to Sunday will be dispatched between 9AM - 5PM on Monday morning or in the event of a public holiday, the next working day.

In the advent of a bank holiday, all orders will be shipped the next working day. 

STANDARD DOMESTIC (UK) - ROYAL MAIL (2-4 working days) - £3.60

DOMESTIC (UK) - DHL EXPRESS NEXT DAY DELIVERY  - £7.50

Orders must be placed before 2pm in order to be eligible for next day delivery. 

 INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS  DHL (2-4 WORKING DAYS) - £20

Delivery times can vary due to customs clearance which we have no liability or control over.

Customers are advised to monitor their order tracking information and must notify us within 10 days from dispatch if there are any problems with the delivery. Any delivery problems or loss reported after the 10 days can no longer be investigated or compensated.

Unfortunately, International taxes and custom charges are out of our control and you may be required to pay sales tax and or duty/Customs charges depending on your location. If you have concerns regarding applicable customs charges to your country or state, we advise you to contact your local customs office to find out what fees may be relevant to you. Taxes and customs charges are not the responsibility of SEKYNA and are not included in the total of the order or shipping cost and are not responsible for any additional taxes or charges that may occur during the journey of your order.
